Balancing Monkey Games Company Directors Sam and Anna attended the B2B area of Gamescom 2025, where they met members of the press and other game developers - and invited a lucky few to play a never-before-seen section of Beyond These Stars.

The trip to Gamescom was generously supported with a travel grant from CODE, the New Zealand Centre of Digital Excellence, a Dunedin-based hub designed to support a sustainable and equitable expansion of New Zealand's video game development industry.
